Minimum hardware/software requirements

• Google Chrome (Latest)  
• A 64-bit version of Windows 10 or macOS 
• A minimum 4Gb of RAM 
• A computer with Intel i5 dual-core processor or equivalent 

Network requirements

We recommend using a separate internet line for telephony if it’s possible. The required bandwidth for an active call is at least 64 Kbps downstream64 and upstream (an additional bandwidth is required for other applications, such as CRM, email systems, etc., which are in use if all the traffic is carried out on the same Internet connection). A rough estimate of the total bandwidth of approx is 200 kbps per user. The recommended connection to computers and phones is a wired connection (Ethernet), not a Wi-Fi.

Please make sure that links and ports are correctly opened in the Firewall and that there are no cyber blocks and other protections.

We recommend enabling QoS on SIP traffic if your equipment supports this option (supported equipment FortiGate firewall, for example)
