To create and configure a CallBack and/or Virtual Queue for it's recordings and implementation.
VirtualQueue/CallBack
Key 1 (this will be played to let the client know he can Exit the Queue by pressing 1)
To get a CallBack, please press 1
CallerID or Input Number Prompt
Prompt: (Capture you number to get a call from)
To receive a call to the number you called from please press One.
To receive a call to a different number please press Two.
To cancel a returning call from one of our agents please press 3.
Input Number Options
Prompt Media: Please input the number you would like us to contact you.
Invalid: The number you have entered is invalid, please try again.
Confirm Input
Play: The number you have dialed is:
Confirm Prompt: To confirm please press One.
To use a different number please press Two.
Exit Announcement
On Success: The system has captured your number and one of our agents will contact you.
On Failure: The system failed to capture your number, please call us again at a later time.
Callback
Callback Prompt: This is a callback from [company name].
Please press One to accept this call or Two to decline.
Confirmed Media: Please hold the line while one of our agents is trying to reach you
Cancelled Media: Callback request has been cancelled, have a great day!
